La casa di Efra has been the home of the Elmi family since 1971, today it has become a holiday home ready to welcome families and groups of friends on holiday in its beautiful space.

It is located in the centre of Rome and easily reachable by metro A – Manzoni stop which is well connected both by public transport and on foot to the monuments of historical and cultural interest, making the central position a strategic starting point from where it’s easy to reach all the other areas of the city.
Located in a historic building, with lift, doorman and a charming internal courtyard, it still recounts the typical vitality of Roman residential condominiums, with contemporary comforts.

Efra’s house is an apartment located in a historic building in the centre of Rome, bright and spacious (70 mq), it consists of kitchen and bathroom with shower, living room with sofa-bed, double bedroom and hallway. The stylishly furnished apartment is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, wi-fi, not far from the Manzoni Metro station, few minutes of walk to the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and 15 minutes from Colosseo.

The house is organized with a self-check-in system.
After booking via portals or directly with the host, an email will be sent with all the instructions on how to forward the documents and just with a “touch” open the door on the street, then entering on the right, through the large glass door. Once you have taken the lift and gotten off at the third floor, you will find the apartment on the right, the lock apartment can be opened with a code visible shortly before your arrival.
